To ensure your air conditioning system remains operational and efficient, Air Cool Environmental Ltd offer a tailored maintenance service to meet the specific needs of our customers. Businesses are individual in their requirements and we therefore spend time and effort to understand what our client expects from our term service and maintenance agreements.
It should be noted that manufacturers in some cases will grant up to a three year warranty provided a service and maintenance contract is in place at the time installation is completed. This can save a lot of money over the life of the equipment for only a modest financial outlay.
Where multi industrial air conditioning systems are installed, asset registers are created with comprehensive maintenance and replacement schedules developed in order to maximise the efficiency of all operational plant.
In recognition of smaller businesses, i.e. retail or offices with a single unit, service agreements can be tailored for one visit per year with an emergency call out facility included.
